Dipped in a splendid oasis of green, it was built up in 1850, residence of General Montagnani, in after war it came restructured and it became one Agricultural Estate - Typical zone of production of the LAMBRUSCO, PARMIGIANO REGGIANO and breedings of bovines and pigs.
Restructured of recent in 2003-04 it has become a pleasant Bed and Breakfast, has maintained one warm, simple and natural style. The B&B is opened the entire year.
